Sleeping

I am having the hardest time getting out of bed lately. Normally I would be awake at or before the alarm and if I hit snooze, I wouldn't really go back into a deep sleep. I used to toss and turn and just finally give up before the alarm went off again. The past couple of days I've slept so deeply that I have trouble getting up when the alarm goes off and I'm very tired in the mornings. I quit taking the Ambien a while back thinking it was making me so foggy in the morning, but it's happening without it now too. I think the lack of good restive sleep over the past few months is finally catching up to me.

I told my husband that while he's catching up on sleep and dealing with jet lag that I'm going to be right there in bed next to him. I can't wait to actually go to sleep without the worry for his safety on my mind.
