I feel like I didn't sit still all day. I went and got my hair cut and highlighted today (long overdue for both) and then went to work. Work was unbearably slow, but the shop benefited from my inability to be still. I cleaned. A lot. Some things twice.

Then I ran to get some toiletries and such, and came home to get started on the house. All of the laundry is done. The dents in the walls in the hallway and stairwell from moving furniture are repaired and re-painted. The mantel has been finished and looks great. The little painting 'oops' areas have been fixed.

I think the pre-homecoming nesting has kicked in.

Did I mention how excited I am? Of the nine months I've been married, I have been physically with my husband for about eight weeks (split up due to training). Not the way I'd have chosen to start a marriage, but we got through. I can't wait to have him home.
